Return Policy

- All products purchased from our site can be returned within 7 days (3 days for Anamorphic lenses, SLR lenses & 35mm adapters) of receiving the item unless otherwise stated. Returns made after this period will only be issued store credit. There will be NO refunds on shipping costs. All refunds will be issued minus the original shipping costs, which can include insurance and signature confirmation fees (if these services were requested originally).

- Please contact us first for return authorization. All items (filters, lenses and 35mm SLR Adapters) are subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping & handling fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We offer free complimentary shipping to the US, but there are shipping and handling costs involved that we cover for our customers when purchasing products, so any refunds will be minus the original shipping costs.

- After receiving a return authorization message from us via email, please provide us with a tracking number within 2 days to avoid higher fees and delays in processing returns.

- Any returned merchandise that is damaged, in poor condition, or is not able to be refurbished is NOT eligible for return and will not be accepted.

- Regarding New and Used Anamorphic Lenses and accessories: To avoid abuse from people trying to avoid rental charges, we can only accept returns within 3 days of receiving your lens. All other terms above still apply regarding fees for shipping and restocking the lens kit and all contents.

- For 35mm / SLR Adapters: You have 3 days to return SLR lens adapters. If inner ground glass or focusing screen glass is scratched or damaged in any way we will minus up to $60 USD from refund, due to cost of replacing this glass.
