In 2010 we discovered the films and photos of Bruno Aveillan and instantly set out to recreate a similar look. Along the way, we’ve experimented with many materials and techniques, finally settling on a simple and easy-to-use design of our own.

The filters come in 58mm size (with a 52mm ring included) or 77mm size (with a 72mm ring included). For use with all other sizes using step-up or step-down rings found easily for just a few dollars in most camera shops, on Amazon or on eBay.

The flaring, glaring, and glowing aren’t too overbearing nor too subtle. We feel it’s just the right amount and easy to use - no need for an extra set of hands to hold prisms and other objects in front of the lens. Perfect for the one-man-band shooter.

Please note: not all lighting environments yield the same results, but that’s what makes it fun and unique! You’ll need a direct light source in front of the camera. The filter’s full effects won’t work if shooting in the shade, on cloudy, or foggy days without an external light source. Have fun and get creative!!
