will try our very best to provide you with
excellent customer service and will walk you
through any troubleshooting. If you feel that
you are not getting the results that you
expected, we will accept returns only for 7 days
and will refund your payment minus the
shipping costs.
FOR ENCINEMA 35mm ADAPTER: Due to the fact
that the focusing screens within our 35mm
adapters are so sensitive, if it is returned to us
scratched, smudged or damaged, there will be
a $60 focusing screen Replacement
Fee/Restocking Fee charged; NO EXCEPTIONS.
FOR OWLE BUBO AND EnCINEMA KIT: DO NOT
